Affiliate Programme Terms

Version 1.1 — September 2026 | GALIMED AI — Groupe Business Thérapie

This programme is open worldwide, with no territorial exclusivity. It rewards a customer who was brought in — never an introduction, and never a promise of a sale. The principle fits in one sentence: no payment collected, no commission.

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms govern the affiliate programme of the GALIMED AI platform, published by Groupe Business Thérapie. They supplement the Terms of Service, which remain applicable; where the two conflict on a matter specific to affiliation, this document prevails.

The affiliate acts in their own name, as an independent introducer. The programme creates no employment, no mandate, no agency and no partnership, and grants no exclusivity, whether territorial or by sector.

Article 2 — Who may take part

Any individual of legal age, or any legal entity, holding a valid GALIMED account may apply, from any country.

Excluded are: persons legally barred from receiving an introducer's commission, persons resident in a country subject to international sanctions applicable to Groupe Business Thérapie, and any person whose account has been suspended.

The affiliate is solely responsible for their tax, social security and reporting obligations in their country of residence. Commissions are paid exclusive of tax; any withholding lawfully due remains their responsibility.

Article 3 — The affiliate link and attribution

Each affiliate receives a personal code and a link of the form https://galimedai.org/?aff=CODE.

A customer is attributed to their introducer at the moment the customer registers, and at that moment only. Attribution cannot be created, changed or transferred afterwards, including on request. This rule protects the affiliate — nobody can take away a customer they brought in — as much as it protects GALIMED, which will not pay twice for the same customer.

A customer who had already registered before clicking an affiliate link is attributed to nobody.

An affiliate cannot attribute themselves: no commission is due on their own subscription, nor on that of an entity they control.

Article 4 — How long attribution lasts

Attribution generates commission for twelve (12) months from the customer's registration. Beyond that, the customer remains a GALIMED customer and no further commission is due.

That period pays for bringing the customer in. Any loyalty afterwards is earned by the product and the service, not by the original introduction.

Article 5 — Rates and tiers

The rate depends on the revenue actually collected and released that the affiliate has brought in since joining. Commissions still on hold do not count towards that total.

Tier Revenue brought in Rate Large account
🌱 Starterfrom €05%6%
⭐ Establishedfrom €5,0008%9%
🏆 Seniorfrom €20,00010%10%

Large accounts are the Hospital / Laboratory, Occupational Health, Pre-hospital Emergency and Insurance plans. Their sales cycle is longer, and the additional point pays for it.

The rate applied is the one for the tier reached on the day the payment is collected. Moving up a tier has no retroactive effect on commissions already earned.

Commission is calculated on the amount actually collected by GALIMED, exclusive of tax, in the currency of the transaction, converted where applicable at the rate on the day of collection.

Article 6 — When a commission arises

A commission arises from a payment collected, never from a signature. No commission is due for: an introduction, a stated intention to buy, a quotation, a signed but unpaid contract, a free registration, a trial period, or any negative entry — cancellation, credit note, refund.

Article 7 — Holding period

Every commission earned is held for thirty (30) days from collection. It becomes payable only once that period has elapsed.

The period covers the window during which a customer may obtain a refund. It is not a cash-flow retention: it avoids paying commission on a sale that did not hold.

Article 8 — Cancellation and recovery

A commission is cancelled if the corresponding sale is refunded, charged back, disputed, retroactively terminated, or suspended following a dispute.

If the commission has already been paid, the amount is withheld from subsequent payments. No repayment is demanded from the affiliate, except in cases of fraud under Article 11.

Cancelled entries remain visible in the affiliate's ledger, with the reason stated.

Article 9 — Payment

Payments are made by PayPal, at the affiliate's request from their dashboard, from an available balance of €10. Below that, transfer fees would absorb the amount.

The affiliate enters their own PayPal address and is responsible for its accuracy. A payment sent to an incorrect address supplied by the affiliate cannot be reissued.

Any currency-conversion and transfer fees are borne by the affiliate.

Article 10 — What the affiliate undertakes not to do

Article 11 — Fraud

Where any manoeuvre is intended to obtain an undue commission, GALIMED may suspend the account, cancel all commissions in progress — paid or not — and demand their return, without prejudice to any further action.

Article 12 — Personal data

GALIMED processes the affiliate's data (identity, email address, PayPal address, commission ledger) solely to run the programme and to meet its accounting obligations. Data is hosted in the European Union, in France.

Affiliates have no access to any health data, to the contents of any medical record, or to any information about the care anyone has received.

Their dashboard shows the accounts opened through their link, so they can follow their own work and check their figures. Two regimes apply there, and they differ:

Affiliates are responsible for how they use the professional contact details they can see, and may use them only to follow up the accounts they introduced themselves. Building a list, transferring it, or prospecting on any other basis triggers the exclusion set out in article 11.

Article 13 — Duration, termination, amendment

The programme runs for an indefinite period. Either party may end it at any time, without cause and without compensation, by simple notice.

Termination does not affect commissions already earned: they complete their holding period and become payable normally. It ends future attributions.

GALIMED may amend these terms on thirty (30) days' notice given by email. Commissions already earned remain governed by the terms in force on the day of collection.

Article 14 — Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls to the courts having jurisdiction where Groupe Business Thérapie has its registered office.
